I live for Russia constantly asking for consent.

Like Russia is too afraid of hurting someone. He’s always going slow and asking America if he’s okay with every little thing he does. Like “Is it ok if I touch your leg? Can i kiss right here? Is this too fast? Can i hold your hand? Is this alright? Would you rather me do this so it’s more comfortable for you?” and so on.

And never EVER doing anything when America is drunk, even if America said it was okay beforehand.

And just generally being a gentle creature and only being rough when America gives his consent like 100 times.
